RENOLIN ZAF 32 HVI

Zinc-free hydraulic fluids have recently played an increasingly important role in industry. In many cases, the use of zinc-free hydraulic fluids is a necessity, for example in the hydraulic systems of processing machines, where the entry of coolant into the hydraulic fluid cannot be completely avoided.

The RENOLIN ZAF HVI series of hydraulic fluids are ash-free products prepared from selected mineral oils using zinc-free additive technology. Designed for use in heavy-duty industrial systems requiring a working fluid of HVLP level according to DIN 51 524 Part 3.

The main area of application for RENOLIN ZAF HVI series oils is the hydraulic systems of metalworking machines, where there is a possibility of coolant entering the hydraulic system. The appropriate viscosity grade should be selected based on the manufacturer's instructions and operating conditions.

Oils of this series are also used in hydraulic systems of mobile equipment, where zinc-free oils with a wide temperature range of use and high load capacity are prescribed.
