Description
RENOLIN PG is a series of fully synthetic lubricants based on polyalkylene glycols for use in industrial gearboxes, hydraulic systems and lubrication systems exposed to high temperatures. The starting material for the production of polyalkylene glycol is oil and natural gas. By splitting molecules and subsequent synthesis, polymer chains of various lengths are obtained. The viscosity of the product depends on the chain length. The polyalkylene glycols obtained through this synthesis have a homogeneous structure.
RENOLIN PG 68-1000 are used in highly loaded bevel, planetary and worm gearboxes. Wherever there are sliding surfaces, gear oils based on polyalkylene glycols have advantages over mineral oils: lowering the operating temperature of the oil will significantly extend oil change intervals, which in turn will reduce operating and disposal costs.
RENOLIN PG in viscosity classes 100-1000 is recommended by FLENDER for use in spur, bevel, planetary and worm gears, and products in classes 220-460 are also suitable for use in geared motors.
RENOLIN PG oils do not mix with mineral, PAO and essential oils.
