Compressed air has become the most important form of energy, so its reliability is extremely important. Compressors are required to perform excellently throughout the entire service interval, and often for longer periods of time. Increasing air temperature at the compressor outlet, reducing oil volume in the system and extending service intervals have led to problems with standard oils. Shaft O-ring leaks and deposits have caused numerous failures.

To solve these problems, a new compressor fluid has been developed that can withstand higher screw operating temperatures and provide longer drain intervals. The compressor operates by intensively mixing oil and air. At high compression temperatures, the oil experiences a strong oxidative effect, which accelerates its aging. The selection of a special base oil and additive package makes long and uninterrupted operation possible. To ensure optimal oil separator performance, screw compressor oil requires low foaming and good air separation. RENOLIN COOL + has a long service life and satisfies all the above requirements.
