LUBRODAL F 400
Description
LUBRODAL F 400 is a water-miscible, graphite- and oil-free mold lubricant. Significantly improves the flow of metal during deformation and the quality of the surface.
LUBRODAL F 400 is intended for warm forging processes of steel, special alloys and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, etc.), especially in cases where graphite-based products cannot be used.
LUBRODAL F 400 is supplied as a concentrate and must be diluted with water before use. The dilution coefficient depends on the degree of deformation and the metal being processed and is determined experimentally.
