Description
LUBRODAL F 21 A SET is a water-miscible graphite-containing lubricant and release agent used for mold lubrication in hot stamping operations of steel parts.
LUBRODAL F 21 A SET contains graphite with different particle sizes. The high content of fine graphite allows for effective coating of metal surfaces, while the larger particles provide maximum thermal stability.
Depending on the material and complexity of the products being processed, LUBRODAL F 21 A SET is diluted with water before use in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:25. The optimal degree of dilution is determined practically.
