SYNTOCOOL 240

Description

Sharpening: SYNTOCOOL 240 is used for sharpening tools, including high-speed steel and, in some cases, carbides. The product is suitable for sharpening cutting saw blades.

Grinding: SYNTOCOOL 240 can be used in various types of grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals: centerless, flat, cylindrical. The recommended concentration is 3-5% depending on the complexity of the operation.

Chip removal operations: SYNTOCOOL 240 can be used in drilling, milling and turning operations on steels, cast iron and in some cases aluminum. Recommended concentration is 4-6%.

Storage: SYNTOCOOL 240 has good stability and can be stored for up to 6 months at temperatures from +5 to +40°C.
