BATRAL A5

The product is recommended for use in drawing, where the lower viscosity provides excellent cooling and removal of abrasive particles, dust, scale, preventing their excessive accumulation in the entrance zone of the dies.

BATRAL A5 contains additives to improve oxidative stability and prevent thickening or gelling. They increase the service life of the lubricant and improve the surface finish of the processed material. The product is suitable for use in high and low speed wire drawing equipment with different input diameters from 15mm to 4mm and final dimensions up to 1mm.
