CEPLATTYN GT 10
Description
CEPLATTYN GT 10 is specially designed for the lubrication of open gears operating in critical conditions: low-speed furnace drives with elevated tooth flank temperatures, high-power mill drives and open gears that constantly operate in start-stop mode. CEPLATTYN GT 10 contains flame retardants which reduce the risk of ignition, e.g.
from the bodies of hot furnaces (up to 400°C). In addition, CEPLATTYN GT 10 has limited mobility outside the gear mesh, which prevents it from leaking outside the gear housings.
Unlike conventional fluids, CEPLATTYN GT 10 forms a thick lubricating film on the side surface of the teeth, which remains in place even after the equipment is stopped. Therefore, CEPLATTYN GT 10 reliably protects the open gear from wear even at the start-up stage, which is not provided by traditional lubricants. The high content of white active substances prevents scuffing even under unfavorable lubrication and engagement conditions. CEPLATTYN GT 10 meets the requirements
AGMA 9005-E01/D-2 and approved
