PROPERTIES
- The use of NSF-H1 approved Rivolta FLG greases helps meet the strict industrial hygiene standards of the food industry. Leakage of such lubricant and its accidental contact with food is not dangerous and does not entail an immediate shutdown of production. The requirements of the quality control system are fully met.
- Due to their high oxidation stability, Rivolta FLG lubricants have a long service life, which reduces the cost of equipment maintenance and laboratory control.
- Rivolta FLG lubricants have excellent water resistance and protect the assembly from corrosion in a humid atmosphere.
- The thermal stability of Rivolta FLG products ensures reliable operation of the unit at elevated temperatures.
APPLICATION
Rivolta FLG MD-2 - fittings, spindles, taps (glass, plastic, metal), valves, filling boxes, ceramic discs; guides plastic/metal, plastic/plastic, ceramics/ceramics, ceramics/plastic; sealing auxiliary material, for example in refrigeration plants, when filling barrels; auxiliary material for pressing in O-rings, etc.; beer production equipment; The lubricant is resistant to cold and hot water, and has also been tested for compatibility with beer foam.

PREPARING THE LUBRICATION ANGLE
Remove dirt and previous lubricant residues from the bearing as much as possible. To achieve the best possible contact and wetting, the surfaces to be lubricated must be dried before applying the material.
