Description
RENOFORM MBW 2755 is a water-miscible lubricant designed for drawing and other operations without removing chips.
RENOFORM MBW 2755 contains polar active components and anti-wear additives.
RENOFORM MBW 2755 can be used pure or additionally diluted with water. The optimal concentration must be determined experimentally, but experience shows that in most cases emulsions with a concentration of 5-20% show good results.
As an emulsion, RENOFORM MBW 2755 can be used as a hydraulic medium in high pressure forming operations and as a lubricant for pressing, drawing and stamping of sheet steel.
